Hi Sian: The island is called White Island and it's just off an island called Camiguin. It used to have a tree but it got washed away because the sand got taken away for a beach somewhere to the north. The favourite quote of the locals was "There is no hope for the Philippines."The favourite quote of the tourist authorities was "Come again to Camiguin."There's no place like the Philippines!
